The CHANGCE-Game broadens the horizon, provokes creativity, sets impulses and brings fresh wind into matters, unites, unleashes energy and wakes the urge to implement. In this way the game effectively fosters teambuilding.
Using the results of the game, an analysis of the chances and potential is derived to serve as the basis for the further CHANGCE process, with the self-image as the guiding objective. At the end of the day the strategical basis for future endeavours is established.
